This is the Portland Trolley. The replica of a type of Brill streetcar, nicknamed the "Council Crest" cars, which last served Portland in 1950. amazingly This vintage Trolley still rumbles around downtown Portland at a breath taking top speed of 25 MPH... wow? My best speed on a mountain bike was 31 MPH and that's on flat land.
