Up there by your name (and where all your notifications show up) there's a "My FA" and you scroll over it to drop down some options. There will be an "Account management" and it'll open some more options then you can click "Upload / change avatar" and that's where you can change you profile pic there!
It has to be 100 x 100 though :3c
