As with the previous weapon designs, they have a slightly more antiquated, gothic feeling to their armour. I'm trying to create the illusion of them being taller and older than they really are, so their armour (this one to a lesser extent) has a lot of parallel vertical lines and circles.

As well as having their unique feel, I also wanted to give them ties in to the western (and benevolent) Tar-Koldor. Their heater shield, lamellar torso armour, halberd and sword (with the ringed crossguard to catch any blades sliding down their weapon as they parry) all bear some resemblance of a mockery of Tar-Koldor. It is Fenrir's way of capturing that which he cannot, this ancient and noble civilisation he tries to encapsulate through mockery because he cannot understand what it means.
