This is my mental headcannon, which doesn't make much sense to anyone whose not familiar with Darnathi or my comic. But the short version is, Darnathi can look human, they often infiltrate human society, establish themselves in influential positions and further the march of progress on a civilization. And I'd like to think that Stan Lee was also a Darnathi in my world.

He didn't die, he had to go home. People were going to get suspicious.

Nicola Tesla is also a Darnathi in the overlord verse.

You were one of my Heroes Stan. And I will miss you terribly. But I can and will give you a fitting cameo in true comic fashion <3
