The holiday season is almost upon us, and Kanna needs some material for this year's Christmas cards! She made an appointment at a local photo boutique and made sure her girls would be there. She scheduled it very carefully to prevent Keru from "accidentally" having to work extra overtime at the shop to miss it, too!

With everybody there, the photographer had quite a task before him! Kanna was seemingly born to pose for pictures, but Tulu has so much energy that it's difficult to get her to hold still long enough to set up a photo before she's off inspecting the lighting and camera equipment, or offering to team up to provide catering and photography services for weddings. At least switching to a higher shutter speed helped account prevent that permanently wagging tail from blurring in the pictures!

In this particular picture, Keru is distracting Tulu, and it's up for debate whether she was doing it to help hold her still long enough for the photo, or if she was entertaining herself by getting her to look away from the lens again. Either way, of all the shots snapped during the session, Kanna thought this one represented her and her daughters the very best. It might not make for the most traditional Christmas card picture, but it's unquestionably her family, she she wouldn't change them for the world (even though she does wish one of them would hurry up with the grandpups already!).
