I found this doodle unfinished on my DS and I dicked around with it just get it in posting order.

Baziliai, the guy here, is a chosen patron god of games of chance. He used to be a broke mortal who owed a lot of money and gambled his days away hoping for a stroke of luck. Fortunately, that happend as he found himself one evening at a table playing card games with what seemed to be a band of minor gods who were looking for some entertainment. As far as he was concerned, Baz was a dead man if he didn't pay the owed money by the end of the week and it was already Friday. The gods had no money though, instead they offered to make him one of their own if he won otherwise they'd just flay him in a very amusing way. He accepted.

He wasn't playing well and just as things were looking grim for Baziliai, one of the gods offered to help him cheat as he didn't like his colleagues all that much and wanted to see what would happen if they got humilliated a bit. Again, Baz accepted and thus he won! However, they found out of the deceit but kept to their word. Baziliai got turned into a god and was subsequently thrown into the streets, unconcious, where he would wake up the next day no worse for wear, while the other god was turned into a mortal, basically being demoted. Tough luck.
