She's not waitstaff, she works the milking machines and other back-of-house stuff, from what the previous issue insinuated. It's be like asking a chef or the maitr'e d for a drink, it's not their job and it's below their skillset to be doing it.
(Suddenly reminded of an instance where a server sat down at my table and started complaining to me about the job. I had been to this place several times but that was the first and last time I saw this employee there.)
It can't be because those girls are repeat customers and they recognize you? Like, they know you're the waitress, because you ARE a waitress who they've seen waiting tables at this particular establishment? Hmm? :3
