This could be a scene from an obscure 1961 kids' movie Two Little Bears - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055555/?ref_=nv_sr_1 ...which I thought had completely dropped off the map - but as it turns out is available on DVD from Amazon. (I just ordered a copy - thanks for inspiring me to take another look for it!)
