She does have an tail and for your second question: No. She's a reptile (species Komodo Dragon), so therefore no hair. Otherwise it wouldn't be natural, no?
She has an older brother, one year older.

She's also one of the few female characters who has an very large bust. Though it's strange, since reptile women naturally shouldn't have such large breasts, but evolution sure is full of surprises! XD
