Celci, Vandal's mother, is a short yet sweet demon. She grew up where she believes everything happens for a reason, especially big and eventful things. Celci didn't plan on having kids originally. She found out she was pregnant, but didn't want to keep him at first and planned on aborting him. Even her husband Ernesh thought it was a good idea, but she didn't want others in the town to thing she was an evil person for aborting a child, so she decided to birth Vandal. Other than that, she sees good in everyone and feels like everyone deserves second chances.
