Everything does seem fine other than his personality. I'd advise showing more flaws!

Personal Preference: I think separating the descrption into different sections like Powers and Abilities, History, Personality, etc is a better idea too. I agree with it being more organized and easier to read, based on if the reader wants to focus on abilities or their character [character as in personality]
