Every year, Cody would do something fun for his birthday and this year, there was no exception. He had flown all the way to China for some much needed rest and relaxation and was waking up for a fun day at an ancient Chinese garden. "I wonder what the day holds for me," he said. As he opened the sliding door, he noticed a rather large present on the ground. The ribbon just said, "To Cody on his special day. ~S." Cody didn't know who "S" was, but wasn't one to pass up a free birthday gift. He took it back in and was surprised at what was inside.

It was a full body costume of a cute purple haired girl, complete with a gorgeous red silk chesogam. "Wow, this is beautiful." Cody said in shock. "And just what I need to get into the spirit of this country's traditions. He slipped into the bodysuit, wiggled into the dress and flat shoes, and began to yank the mask onto his face. He went over to the mirror and looked at the beautiful Chinese woman he had become. "She looks so familar," he thought to himself. However, he quickly began to feel dizzy.

What he didn't know was that the inside of the mask was coated with a secret powder that once absorbed through his skin, gave him the mindset of a Chinese girl, who also happened to be one of the strongest Amazons in the country. "Aiya! Cody take long enough to put Shampoo on." Cody said in a lighter female tone, no longer the man under the mask. "Shampoo make sure Cody have wonderful birthday here in China. Also lucky that Ranma here, who will take Shampoo to date." Shampoo, that is, the real one, had used an ancient Chinese blend of herbs and powders to temporarily make him believe he was her, and with Cody acting as her, she could double her efforts to capture her one true love; Ranma Satome.

"Shampoo can't wait to give Ranma biggest kiss he ever get....but first, Shampoo explore the city for new dress to stun him." She grabbed the purse in the bottom of the gift, covered by the packaging paper, and began leaping through the trees and towards an unforgettable birthday.
