You make your way across the room, a sea of masked dancers encircling you. You are searching for something, but you know not what. Your head spins. Then, your eyes meet hers. She stands alone, drink in hand, smiling at you playfully from behind her mask. Its as if the whole crowd suddenly disappears and only you and she exist. She beckons you closer. Will you oblige?

I tried a new technique with a stamp to get the damask pattern on the curtain. Its practically impossible to do freehand traditionally but I've always wanted to get the look and I think I've figured out a way! I'm not the greatest at it yet but I'm sure with practice I'll get better.

This particular YCH is now closed, but if you'd like to get something similar for yourself I'm still open for commissions!
