I was gonna do a series of 26 stories about Drip in alternate universes. I used to have a serious hangup about the rat. Anyway, in this version, the Bugs took over Earth and exterminated furkind, but this didn´t upset the natural order of things... because now, the souls of the dead were simply reborn in the form of Bugs (just like what happened after the furs eradicated mankind). And even now, Drip was a deviant, who abducted this girl and forcefed her royal jelly so she would grow into a queen. Queens being the only females who have sex in their society.

When it all comes out, she is condemned for daring to become a queen, even though she never wanted any of this to happen. I doubt her people cry to show they´re upset - they probably rub their antennae together rapidly or something - but artistic convention dictates...
