New Race for Terra Cruxis, the Avia.
They are a bird type race. Though they lack wings are incapable of full flight, they can glide when jumping form a height thanks to extendable feathers in their arms and their long tails. These fellows tend to live in elevated places, up in mountains or atop hills and tend to stick to small clans.
I still have to figure out more of their lore TBH ^^
This Fellow (or Gal!) doesn't have a name, I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them. If he really tickles your fancy though feel free to make an offer to adopt him.

alot of that has still to be determined.
So far the concepts I have are they tend to be good with wind and lightning type magics if they are mages. When it comes to weaponry and armor they favor anything light as they like to be able to glide and jump around. They tend to build their homes in large trees, or on cliffsides and such as they like to look down on the world from above. I can see them living in a treehouse type village for example.
As for eggs, no, they do not lay eggs. Halfbreeds are a thing in TC and it wouldn't be possible if some of the races layed eggs for their young. Kind of toying with the idea of females not having breasts, at least in the case of pure Avia. A halfbreed Avia could have them for example if mixed with a race that does. Gender differences I'll probably do something that follows how actual birds are - males tend to have more and brighter colourations than females as well as tending to have the atypical bulkier, roughr 'masculine' type build. Of course there is always exceptions though, but on the whole they'll likely follow those lines.
Culture is definately something I need to ponder some more, as well as the locations in which they are found.
