• Biography: Elegy is one of the youngest ½ mermaids born to Junichiro and Palutena. As she was born a minute after Chorale, this effectively makes Chorale her twin sister, although mostly in age. They are somewhat identical in terms of coloration of the hair and eyes. Like Chorale, she displayed a good affinity for mechanics at her current age when she assisted her father in fixing a machine in his lab that had grown super faulty. She did this by switching out a vacuum tube with a new one and in terms of faulty wiring, she knew it was the red wire that was to be cut. Juni was widely impressed by this and ultimately decided she, along with Chorale and Suite, could be a big help when it came time to return to the Mega Man Classic universe. Elegy happily agreed to the idea and got her chance to shine when that time came. She was quick to make friends with the robots Rock & Roll; but was distraught to learn Blues was not present as she wanted to meet him, too. Once Dr. Wily initiated his first bid for world domination, Elegy noticed that Chorale had made an item replicator and made one herself. However, instead of bolts, hers used an item known as P Chips. And thanks to this variety, she and her twin sisters are always make new items to help her father’s team out whenever possible. Elegy is just as sweet and loving as her older twin sister, but she differentiates in that she’s not shy around new people, as evident when she happily reached out to Julie & Shantae for a hug despite barely even knowing the 2 women. While she isn’t the least bit shy, she does tend to have an emotional phase, as evident when she was heartbroken to learn that Blues, the older brother of Rock and Roll, was nowhere to be seen and nearly cried upon learning the truth behind his disappearance. She loves animals and often plays with the family dogs and cats whenever she can. However, she doesn’t have a liking for trolls. Mostly those of the mythical variation. The best at fixing circuit boards.
• Abilities: Being ½ mermaid, Elegy enters her mermaid form whenever she’s in the water. However, at her current age, she can only activate this form when in rivers, oceans, and lakes. An ace mechanic at her age, she can create items with surprising ease, but whereas her elder twin sister Chorale makes items using bolts, she uses P Chips instead. This difference is very handy as she has items that can only be made using P Chips instead of bolts and is even willing to help convert P Chips into bolts if the need ever arose. However, her expertise in mechanics has not yet risen to the point she can create robots, or robot masters.
