So, the story is that Alex heard of this popular traditional delicacy here in Malaysia, which we called "nasi lemak". It certainly sounds delicious, so Alex asked to have a dish, too.
What I didn't told him, was that it's also an incredibly hot and spicy meal, thanks to its key indredient: the sambal belacan sauce. It's simply not a nasi lemak without the sambal belacan. XDDD
We even forgot to order a drink as well. Whoops! ^_^;;

Cayenne peppers aren't too bad, Chili-powder is about the same hot as cayenne pepper. 30,000 - 50,000 Scoville Heat Units
50,000 Scoville Heat Units is my limit for enjoyment, but I occasionally eat Habenaros, 100,000 to 350,000 scoville (not touching anything hotter than that!)

Yeah. Funnily enough, my mom has a cat tongue. I can put several drops of hot sauce on my chili and she either questions how I could like using that much or worries I'm making it too hot. x3
