Helium and hydrogen are lighter than oxygen. Therefore, when you fill balloons with them, THEY ALL FLOAT.
I love Tim Curry. The man is a legend. I personally loved his version of Pennywise, but probably for all the wrong reasons. XD
I'm rather fond of how this sketch turned out. I originally was going to have him staring straight outward, but I thought it'd make things a little creepier if he was looking toward the viewer.
