I'm posting some of my favorite Inktober pieces from this year's challenge! Others I may post if/when I throw some color on them, but as they are, these are my personal favorites.

I dug out my old Beast Wars Spittor (the Transmetal 2 version) for this piece. I've been really all the more appreciative of Beast Wars as of late (which may or may not have something to do with getting the wretched taste of TF: THE LAST KNIGHT out of my mouth), particularly how there was more than just a robot that transforms into a beast as a protective shell against raw Energon exposure; there's a bond between the two.
Hell, they flat-out say their beast forms are made via DNA scanners - the beast forms are clones, more or less. And when we moved to the Transmetals, the bond became a bit more apparent with "organic" robot forms and mechanical beast forms, then it came full circle with the Transmetal 2s, where both robot and beast sported organic tissue and mechanical workings. Spittor is such a great example of this, too, especially being a Predacon (naturally, being the baddies and all, they were way more grotesque and way more feral compared to the Maximals). He's got a great design, and the oddity of him being a poison dart frog is rather charming (and according to his bio, he's one of the deadlier fellows waving the Predacon flag).
And yeah, definitely expect to see this guy colored in the near future. ;)
