Now that her goal was finally met, the lurantis would hug the joltik with glee, the larger pokemon giving her a nuzzle in return. She didn't even flinch when she felt herself starting to shrink down again, starting to climb up onto the joltik's back and start searching the chamber for where the escape could be at. The end table was ruled out since there was nothing there that could serve as a way out, the joltik moving over to the sectioned couch first. The underside of it was quickly searched for anything standing out, even having to tear through the cloth underside and into the furnishing itself to search for said escape. Nothing would be spotted after several minutes of searching, the joltik making its way out of the couch itself and looked around the footstool. Even with the extra eyes, the lurantis wouldn't see anything out of the ordinary, even when the joltik managed to work itself into the compartment of said footstool only to find nothing out of the ordinary, squeezing itself back out with the lurantis still holding on.
By now the shrinkage had finished, the joltik climbing up onto the table with the television resting on it, though it was easy to see that there wasn't anything of interest, the tick climbing back down. The lurantis did glance to the underside of the table, seeing that there was nothing there as well, mentally striking that off of the list of things to search. The rug underneath the bed was the next thing to search, the lurantis instructing her friend to head for it, knowing that she had to stay on its back the whole time lest she fall off and wind up lost among it. Still, despite the risk, she would keep an eye out for anything sticking out, the joltik doing the same. Her annoyance was showing when the two couldn't find anything, a sigh coming from her as she flopped onto her back, wondering where the way out was at.
It wasn't until she heard the joltik call out that she sat up, jolting when she saw what looked like a form of portal among one of the bookshelf's shelves. She would easily flip herself back onto her front, giggling with glee as she saw it come closer as the joltik moved towards it. She heard a question come from her friend, sounding concerned about the portal, glancing down and pat its head as best as her minuscule size could allow, saying that it'll be alright. To be honest with herself, she had no idea on where it would go as well, hoping that it really was the way out as it drew closer with each step the joltik took towards it.

Managing to get out at just half an inch in size. Quite tiny in the end, enough that her friend's like the size of a large house, but hopefully it won't persist.
I would have uploaded this at the usual time, but blame Mother Nature for rolling a fairly nasty storm around here at the time. The epilogue will be a sequence of pics instead of just an overall individual one, so that will take some time to make.
