I think they are similar only in the fact that they are both hug pictures. There are only so many ways you can draw a hug.

The arms are in different positions (for both the male and female characters).
The female in the "similar" picture has her leg up and her arm at an angle, neither of which are in seen in this piece.
There are other minute differences as well such as; facial expressions, angle of the biggers head, humanoid vs anthro, etc.

My point being, the two pieces are clearly different and though they have a similar theme, again, there are only so many ways you can draw a halfbody hug.

Sinceramente, pienso que está precioso y no creo que se parezcan en nada, es una pose, pero no es ni parecido en estilo ni lo mismo así que...
Es como decir que los character sheet entre ellos son parecidos por que son la misma pose, obvio, es una pose genérica, pero siguen siendo distintos, solo parecido entre ellos xD...

I find that the pose is similar but just because it is a cuddle. :o
I mean, there are lots of difference but concretely it is simply the boy who embraces a girl cheek to cheek. ^^
But it is only my opinion. ;p
