The sixteenth drawing for my own Halo-Ween Challenge, where I attempt to draw a sketch every day of October (except for 1 off day.) pertaining to Halo.
October 28th, Cortana announces to the Galaxy the ascendance of The Created and her rule of law. All the while Kore, Han and Mikhaila hanging out around the streets of Goyang, Korea, witness a projection of her that she broadcasted around all colonies of the UEG.
A Tad late with this one because my PC and I suspect Windows 10 decided to freeze while I was working on this piece. So I had to start from scratch and memory.
