Found a mother wolf spider and her brood outside my window. Spiders love my house apparently but oh well they dont bother me too much.

THAT is the reason i can't stand spiders. when i was 5 or 6 (i don't remember) i lived in a small house, next to the woods down here in Florida. i woke up, rolled over, and there it was. a BIG, ugly wolf spider, roughly the size of my face, with maybe half that amount of little spiders on it.
needless to say, spiders are #1 on my kill-list for the rest of my life... :/

With me they dont bother me that much, I let harvest men roam around my house just cause I find them cute like pill bugs or something. Theres only one spider I will crush if I see it at first glance at thats a brown recluse, if ya look what I posted earlier I have around 17 black widows and 2 brown widows in my yard and they dont bother me one bit, wolf spiders dont really bother me either but brown recluses I will go out of my way to destroy any within a 100 foot radius if I see the little bastards.
I know, I've been bitten by one on the back of my arm, have a scar still from it, convulsed, vomited, and every muscle in my body was super tense for about 2-3 days before I got any better. Pretty shitty. But I just leave em be I'm more likely to get bit trying to kill them than just avoiding em.
When I do go hunting em down to kill them because there are times they overpopulate like crazy and I find em under every rock so even taking the trash out is kinda creepy. I wear doc martins with the socks ducttaped over my pant legs so its sealed then wear work gloves and a longsleeve shirt then I go around with raid and engine degreaser if they run up in a hole ill burn em out with the engine degreaser.
Havent had any bad fires yet lol. I can say that charcoal lighter fluid is the best thing ever to take out a fireant hill because the flames are localized and burn deep into their tunnels for 10 minutes then simmer our but dont effect anything around them. I guess it'd be a bad idea in the fall but I keep out yard pretty tidy and most of the areas that I'd light a small fire in are dirt or concrete.
