I can offer you tips for a better art program, its like the bastard child of photoshop and OC.

It has a 30 day trial to try out... the program is only like $58 USD if you want it unlike Photoshop that can be like between anywhere from $200 for the older programs to $700 for the newer ones.
SAI does a very good job. I am gonna post up a couple SAI tutorials here shortly within the weekend. So watch me if you want to.
