While busy introducing the sergals to new tools and crafting techniques, Ekay is surprised when his younger brother suddenly tugs at his arm. The young agudner issues a mysterious statement, heralding an impending and enigmatic arrival. Meanwhile, the three sergal scouts are shown running across the Talyxian wilderness.
