Every one knows Kogie likes to be creepy and weird. Well here he is at it again creeping up on some innocent by stander just to ask them if they are his dinner. Needless to say the people rain and the cops where called and kogie is yet again in animal jail ( aka the pound ) waiting on tay to come get him out AGAIN. You would think by now Kogie would remember to wear his collar with his home Idea and every thing on it.
