Here is my costume in a couple of poses. Yeah yeah, I dabbed... a few times.
I wanted to add more stuff but at least I got done the basics, enough to have my fun. I gave out a lot of candy, almost the entire bag of 170 pieces of various chocolates. Oh yes, chocolates, the good stuff. I also had a bunch of spiders, scorpions, centipedes, and the like among the candy in the bowl I was carrying. More on that later in a journal.
I am glad I gone through with it. There was a moment where I doubted I was doing anything this year.
The way I made the mask gives me lots of ideas of future costume, even the dragon fursuit that I always wanted to make. In fact, wearing this kinda gives me a feeling of what it is like to be in suit as i am completely covered and my vision impaired. Plus I got into character during my walk around and passing out the buboni... candy at work. people reaction was priceless.

Wow, you did a great job with this one! It does look pretty hilarious when you're striking up some comedic poses when it's paired with the overall pitch black serious costume.
Hope that you enjoyed dressing up that day and that the plague doctor costume left a lasting impression to others.

I pretty much only did the poses for the photos. I mostly walked around my rounds while giving out candy, shaking the bucket at people I met. I even scared a few here and there.
But yeah, I did enjoyed myself. I like dressing up and Halloween is indeed my favorite time of year. ACFI being around that time of year helps too. Now is all Christmas, Christmas, Christmas. Even all the way back to July. I'm already sick of it. Way too commercialized. It wouldn't be all that bad if the sales don't suck the last few years. Good deals are few and the rest over-hyped.
I might be heading to TFF next year. I might be able to use the same techniques I used on this mask to make something by the time that rolls around. Have to see about that.
