When you are a 5 foot 2 and a half-ish inch tall coywolf that weighs in the neighborhood of 575lbs, things normal sized people take for granted, like climbing stairs, become a challenge.
Dave of course has no problem. He's been big all his life and has very powerful leg muscles to help him around.
Kate is not so lucky. Having gained her weight at a rapid pace because of a latent form of Hunger.
"Katie? Let me help you up sweetheart."
"NO!" growls Kate as she continues to struggle with each step. She is determined to do it on her own no matter what. Kate has always been stubborn and had a bit of a temper.
"Sorry" she sighs. "Just, let me go on me own, yeah?"
"Sure thing." nods Dave.
