I have been playing a lot of From the Depths lately.
In the game, helium pumps replace the air with helium in any enclosed space without a source of either power or helium. This is probably an abstraction for gameplay reasons, but the consequences are pure Dook logic.
And yes, that is a luftwaffel.

I haven't gotten into the campaign part of it yet. I am trying to figure out the ion thrusters but they are not cooperating, and getting the ship AI to actually keep the ship stable is... problematic.
One needs to keep in mind the game is still in development. Hopefully they'll work out the quirks.
