In the face of authority, one must always try to stay confident. Needless to say, I think I made a good first impression to Captain Phasma. :)
I went to Disneyland for Halloween, and while strolling through Tomorrowland, I ran into none other than Captain Phasma. :) There was a surprisingly small crowd waiting to meet her, so I managed to get a picture with her before she had to continue patrolling the area for resistance sympathizers. Her presence is a reminder that you never know when the First Order will show up in Tomorrowland. ;)

You should! ^u^ Especially if you’re a Star Wars fan! Tomorrowland has an exhibit called Star Wars Launch Bay that’s full of props and replicas from the movies, and at the exit of the exhibit, you can meet one of several Star Wars characters depending on the schedule (some characters are only out on specific days of the week or at specific times of the day). Characters you can meet include Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma, Chewbacca, and Rey. :) Also, sometimes you can find them outside the exhibit walking around Tomorrowland, and on certain days, you can encounter First Order Stormtroopers as well. ;)
That’s only the beginning, though. Next year, an entire Star Wars themed land will be opening in Disneyland called Galaxy’s Edge! So far, it’s been revealed that there will be two rides, a cantina where you order Star Wars themed food and beverages (including blue milk XD), and a droid shop. There’s even going to be a life sized Milennium Falcon! They haven’t released details on everything that will be there yet, so expect to hear more as we get closer to the grand opening in 2019. ;)
