How are you aiming to do the textures? Are you going for a high resolution, accurate, artsy look? Or are you going to aim for a more blocky PS1 era look?

Is it blender?

So many questions I want to ask. Like how you did the hair, the boobs, and was this modelled as a single object? I keep trying low poly 3D and I keep failing at it.

well the hair Im not even sure how I can explain it, because it was kind of fluke. I know I started with a general head shape first, then for the bulk of the back of her hair I kind of drew it by extruding a single point, I kind of made it up as I went so I cant really explain. Her bangs where made by extruding some surfaces away from her had and then extruding them down her face, then making some loop cuts to make new areas to extrude those little bits of hair.

with her skirt and chest they started out as one cylinder that I shaped, and then i split them apart. To make the breast I think i put some loop cuts on the chest where I though the bottom of the breasts where and at the top where they blend into her body. Then i just extruded out the area a bit that would make up her breasts and then just started grabbing points to make them rounder and positioned where they needed to be

Im not the best at this stuff but this video helped me get started and then I just started experimenting on my own
