Here is a picture of the Great Wall of China at Badaling. It was really hard to climb on the side I am on here. The steps are uneven and it can get so steep that it is like climbing a steep hill with steps in a few areas. My study abroad group and I visited this area back in the June of 2009. ^\/^.
The part in view here is the 'easy' side that is most visited by tourists for its ease of climb. What looks like a town below used to have been a town but it has a number of shops and such. On the right hand side near the middle is the Olympics sign from the recent Olympics in Beijing.
On the right hand side was, in ancient days, the country of China whereas the left hand side used to have been Mongolia. Interesting, is it not. LOL. ^\/^.

In Saint Augustine Florida they have a Ripley's Believe It Or Not museum. They have a really big model Ferris wheel inside that is three stories tall and takes up most of the space of what used to have been the entry / stairwell area of the Victorian era home. One can not touch it since it is just out of reach from the balconies that surround it on the second and third levels (first floor of this area is not for visitors). LOL. ^\/^.
