I’ve been wanting to do more pictures of my character, Bubblegum that addressed the less glamorous attributes surrounding her character. She deals with a lot of internal anxiety and pain due to a traumatic event in her past and regularly feels, well, broken. Plus, I wanted to do at least on Halloween type picture for this month that included one of my characters so I felt that it would be a fitting time to draw this sketch.
It was very interesting trying out the cracking effects, and for a first time doing it, I am pleased with how it came out. Also, I really like how the shading came out here.
