Seriously people, calm the hell down. The REGULAR flu kills more people then swine flu. Just wash your hands before you put them near your face and whatnot. You know, crap they've been telling us to do for YEARS, but shrug off because "Pfft. Ain't no GERMS stoppin' THIS hip cool cat." It's a shame when the media has to frighten us with DEATH before we'll take simple easy precautions to not get sick.

There's some credibility to the scare. We don't have a vaccine for this strain, and a vast majority of the people who die of the regular flu don't have access to even the most basic of health care. So far, proportionally, more people are dying from swine flu here in the US than they are from the regular flu, if you look at the rate of deaths compared to infections.
It is blown pretty out of proportion, though.
