Mecha sighed as he looked at the bag on the bed. He knew what it had to be, he was getting dragged along to a costume party, which he hadn’t been told about until today. An excuse for Liena to pick out a costume for him. “I take it that’s my get up?”

“Yes puppy! Hurry and put it on!” Liena’s voice rang from the bathroom. “Vanilla’s helping me with the finishing touches on mine.”

The hound sighed again, “I hope it’s not something stupid.” He gulped, opening the bag…

It was a Link costume. And it was one of the ones that had actual pants!

His eyes narrowed, focusing on the door to the bathroom. His nostrils could tell smell something fishy, but he couldn’t figure what exactly. With a mental shrug he quickly changed into his attire for the evening, looking himself over in the mirror. Nothing had been done to alter the clothing, it was an ordinary costume… though he couldn’t quite place which Link he was dressed as. Definitely one of the more recent ones given the pants at least.

“You a Zelda character too Liena?”

“Yep! I figured we’d go as a natural pair.”

So Zelda? Maybe the exact Zelda to his Link. He tried to think of which one.

Couldn’t be Breath… it was the classic green. Wasn’t Ocarina though… too detailed. Bracers on the arms… he had seen it before. Suddenly he realized, leaning against the wall “Oh! I’m TP Link!” His eyes suddenly went wide, as he knew there was only one natural pair in that game… at least as far as he cared.

There was a giggle as the door opened, his gaze immediately dropping to the ground as the sound of footsteps gently rang in his ears as Liena giggled a yes. He was frozen stiff though, couldn’t lift his head to face her… not with what he KNEW she’d be dressed as…

Or not dressed as the case were. Liena giggling as she lifted his head up to see her in the appearance of Imp Midna. Well as much as the dragoness could manage… Midna certainly didn’t have tits like that! His rational mind, what little of it still remained anyway, wondered how she wasn’t cold. Cause she wasn’t wearing a suit… that was definitely scale paint! All she had on was the helmet, a couple of pasties, and a c-string. …he also wondered briefly if they could get arrested for indecent exposer.

The dragoness giggled, “Oh Link, how about I show you were a wolf can bury his big bone. Eee hee hee.” She grinned, seeing red start to color his cheeks, “Oh… and this scale paint… it’s the edible kind.”

“….They have those!?”

Liena grinned, “Yep!”

A little idea I came up with that I commissioned  xehta13 to do.

*chuckle* I really like Midna. Her personality, her character arc... she was the best part of Twilight Princess. (Honestly I'm convinced the game was originally designed to be an independent title staring her before Nintendo threw Legend of Zelda into the mix). Plus she's actually kinda hot. *snicker* Yeah, I dig the imp girl. I blame those coy catty expressions she gives.

I also totally ship Midna and Link, hence why it made sense for Liena and Mecha to dress up as the two for Halloween. *chuckle* Though yeah... I'm fairly certain Liena is breaking some public exposure laws with it. I was also tempted to make a follow up to this.... Mecha taking up that offer she's giving. But.... I leave it to your imaginations.
