This is my cat at my mother's house, in Kentucky. He is my little prince. I love him. He is a handsome cat, I say. His eyes are such a pretty green. Don't you just want to pick him up and snuggle him? Last year He went missing he was gone for six months, being a tomcat we accepted him as a loss. Winter came, still no Skunky Cat. The largest ice storm of Kentucky hit hard. My mother was out the night it was hitting and noticed a meow. She figured it was just one of the other three cats, so she didn't pay much attention. The meow sounded once more, this time louder than before. She questioned this time "is that... is that Skunky Boy?" she sat in silence waiting for the meow. Meowww "Skunk?" She called aloud, "Is that you, boy?" MEOWWW. Then from under the edge of the truck she saw his striking green eyes. "Come here Skunky Boy." She called to him. He hesitated then came up the steps onto the front deck. My mother picked him up. He paused, placed his paws on her face, looked into her eyes making sure it was her, and then as soon as he knew, he rubbed willingly against her. Spring came later I came back for my spring break and I picked up my boy and gave him so many snuggly cuddles. I was so happy to know my little prince was back. He hasn't went away from home ever since then.

I cried, he went away in the middle of the summer before I left, so I kneww he was gone. Then My mom, I called her everyday asking if Skunk came back, after four months i gave up. I didn't ask anymore after that. Then she called me from her cell after the storm hit (2 feet of ice covered every surface of everything) and told me Skunk is back. I started crying then too.
