Well in the Winter, it can look like this, lol. But still, it's a blessed place.
People are far more tolerant, even understanding, than they have a reputation for. I think it comes from being secure in who they are. Those that worry about judgement seem to be the first to jump to judgement of others.
It's cheap to live and lots of jobs too.
And it is a beautiful four season place, if you like four season climates.
