There was an abandoned house on the edge of town that had all sorts of rumors. Some said it was haunted by ghosts. Others said that demons lived in it...and some people said that it was just hobos. One thing was for sure, it was spooky and apparently people who wander inside tend to disappear, especially around Halloween time. Naturally, foolish people try to explore it around Halloween time for one reason or another. A young human and his unwilling fox friend slowly stepped into the dilapidated building....
"See? It doesn't look so scary?"
"A-alright, we stepped in, can we g-go now?"
But despite the fox's terror, the two journeyed deeper into the house quickly finding that it was much larger and labyrinthine that it appeared on the outside. They were lost, and more than that...they weren't alone. The fox's ears twitched and he swore up and down that he heard quiet feminine laughter behind them, but his friend dismissed his claims assuming he was just hearing things out of fear. His tune seemed to change as he laid his eyes on a suspicious painting. It seemed to be looking directly at him, if not past him with a look of unease.
"Hey, check this out! This painting looks like it's movin-"
His words were cut off by a scream of terror and he turned around to see a massive demon in the middle of devouring his friend whole. He couldn't do anything but freeze up in fear as his friend disappeared down Baphomet's throat and slid into her plump stomach. She let out a deep pleased moan as she rubbed her stomach, relishing in the fox's squirms. Despite his earlier bravado, the human ran for his life, tears in his eyes knowing that that he had left his friend to die in a demon's stomach. With almost no effort he managed to find the exit...almost as if he was let out.
The whole thing felt almost like a dream... He thought "...Maybe....just maybe it never actually happened and he's just hiding...Playing a prank to scare me..." But only a few short days later, he got a letting in the mail that chilled him to the core. Attached was a picture of the demon that had devoured his friend, clearly fatter after digesting the poor fox into nothing but pudge. Written on the card was only one thing: "Hope To See You Next Year~ ♡"
