This is an idea I got from  spiralingstaircase And Juggalo's belongs to him also.

It's close to Halloween and Lacy asked Stella if she could make her a Juggalo's costume. Just like me, Stella was busy trying to track down that evil corset. Stella told Lacy that she can make it but she will have to rush it a little. Stella finished it but Lacy likes to think differently... Oh well, at least Lacy has a costume for Halloween. Come to think about it, I wonder what Stella meant by, "Fill it out?"
