I used Gimp, that's all I have (and the only program I even vaguely know how to use... but still a lot to learn..) and whatever gimp paintbrushes there were.. I think I used pencil and brush tools. As simple as that, on one layer.
Armwarmers and legwarmers are snuggly ^^ and I don't really have glasses.. they're there just for looks xD (I love glasses~)

A Halloweeeeen picture. And even though I'm saying something about it for the start of the year, I still found it enjoyable enough to say something about. (Yes, I suppose I'm still playing catch up.)
And yet it looks less like a Halloween picture and more like a forced costume picture if you ask me. (More or less I suppose.) Mainly because of the pose there. It's like lazing about grumpy due to it being the holiday it is. (It's the facial expression mind you. It kind of gives that sense of "It's Halloween AGAIN?" While pouting...)
(...mind you, that's just my interpretation of it. I'm sure everyone else in the world doesn't think the same way I do. I'm absolutely certain of that.)
Still, it doesn't look like there was a costume really present here. Just striped armbands and socks. (Which I happened to personally think was cool myself if you just color them orange and black.) The background there fits at least. I mean it's a moon so it would indicate night- making this a laying down under night sky on Halloween picture. And I can respect that.

Chi is like, "oh this same old same old halloween pic tradition, jeeze". Nothing particularly against halloween on itself ^^'
