So HEY. This is pretty much how you'll be seeing me this weekend at Furfright. I'll have my hair styled and streaked with some grey, though. And of course won't be taking myspace photos in a mirror. Yet.
So this is basically just a halloween version of the costume. There's A TON THAT IS WRONG WITH IT and because my boyfriend and I are crazy cosplay elitist nerdos, we aren't at all satisfied with it. What rocks though? Is this coat pattern. Jay is such a hero and I adore him because he basically drafted and altered this pattern from a zoot suit jacket and oh man is it lovely and accurate!
But basically? We're remaking the entire coat again out of much heavier fabric, sewing custom pvc gloves, finishing all the props, medipack, and straps....doing the collar, getting me not so sassy boots.....actual emrboidered patches...
Eugh. Now that I've told you EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG with this costume, I still think it'll be fun to run around in and look keen wearing. If you see me, SAY HELLO. My lack of medipack and WEPONS makes me off duty civilian Medic I suppose. So buy me a drink or ten.

And I can't wait for this to be re-done and made even more awesome because the pattern Jay made for the coat? Ended up so perfect even if this fabric is thin. It's just CUT RIGHT and it works and I love it.

Eventually I want to rig a light-up medigun, and try to end up with a full arsenal of weapons. Right now there currently exists a bonesaw in progress too, but I'll for sure be working on the others. Life just kinda sapped my time before this con so oops.

Awesome costume, despite what you say. I myself need to get some new gloves and boots for my medic costume. :c
I also need to fix my medipack because while I was running around, someone popped then vent off the side of it. I know people must think I'm strange because my medipack and medigun stay in the back of my car. Lol.

wow, i know i should have checked my submissions before leaving for FF... then i would have definitely tried to have said hi to you (SO many people to talk to there) ^^;
btw, those heels did look like they could have been a pain to walk in, so bravo for that. the costume design was awesome!
