Bookmark - Spring Salad
A little something for Tekumseh, as a "Thank You" for beta reading my M.A. thesis.
It's odd, but it really seems that lapines are not influenced by my art bloock, seeing how this and "The Plunge" are the only two pieces I really enjoyed doing and also liked in the end.
It's his snow hare Etienne, lounging on a lush spring meadow. His coat is still changing from the pure white to the regular brown-grey summer edition.
I really enjoy drawing bookmarks.

Uhm... a comparison of Chinese and Western animation, mainly comparing chosen examples of the first with a selection of Disney movies, adding some general information about Chinese art and culture, history of Chinese movie making as well as the perception of Asia in Disney animation.
For the time being I don't plan on publishing it (mainly because I am scared it might get torn to shreds besides the good grade I got ^^;), but I will definately ask around whenever the time comes. Meaning... when I feel safe enough to share it I will announce it.
