So uh... This happened.

The hype I was feeling for Inti Creates' sweet looking game: Dragon: Marked for Death, made me remember how awesome Mega Man ZX was, and so... I made a 3rd Mega Man for the era.

• Biography: Felicie is one of the many ½ mermaids born to Junichiro and Palutena coming a year after Sola but before Alouette was brought into the world. She is a very bright and energetic girl, always eager to see new sights no matter how dangerous they may be. During his time in the Zero era, Felicie was the first to be notified by her father that he was coming home to stay for a while after traveling through different realms, and this drove her insane with happiness. Not only that, but once Juni got home, she, along with her older sister, Marzipan, were the 1st of the children to see Juni and the first thing they did was tackle hug him without any sort of warning. She was initially shy around Julie and Shantae, but she immediately warmed up to them after being told they were friends. During his stay, Felicie tagged along with her dear old dad (Which she cutely calls Juni in the same manner as Augie Doggie) and was often the one to point out facts that he was about to get to. Something of which he didn’t argue with. Nonetheless, she got the chance to go with Juni to the era of Mega Man ZX, set 200 years after the Zero era, along with her older sisters Aceline and Adelpha. During her travels in this realm, she came across the old robot DLN-002 Roll, who somehow managed to stay intact, albeit in few pieces, but as she and Adelpha excavated the deceased robot out of her holding place, the area they were in collapsed onto them, and so had to be dug out by Juni who was leading the excavation which also lead to the discovery of the helmets of Proto Man and Mega Man. He found both their right arms had been severely lacerated, yet Felicie took the worst damage as BOTH her arms were lacerated, and so called off the excavation, so he could get them to the nearest hospital ASAP. Like Adelpha, Felicie’s arms were too lacerated to repair with stiches, and so instead, goo-like shape memory alloy was used instead. However, as a result of using this metallic goop, Felicie’s arms were fused to her organic form and so could never have two organic arms ever again for a long while. Despite the setback, Felicie did not waver into depression as one expected her to do over the loss. Instead, she took the arm as a reminder to be much more careful, like Adelpha did. After she fully recovered from the ordeal, she was presented with a biometal her father had finished using DNA data from Roll, and what was left of her I.C. Chip for sentience. Felicie proved to be the perfect biomatch and was thus entitled to being Mega Man Model R, using the biometal if trouble ever arose. As mentioned above, Felicie is a ray of sunshine who is very friendly to those she speaks with an adventurous spirit to match her father’s bravery. Despite this, she’s very shy around new people, often freezing in her tracks when faced with someone new or burying her face into her father’s form whenever he’s with her, as evident when she did so upon meeting Julie the first time in person. Nonetheless, she will warm up immediately once she learns the individual is very and truly friendly. She is a huge lover of sweets, but her favorite of them all is chocolate. She also enjoys a good Legend of Zelda game, even stating that Ocarina of Time is her all-time favorite and that the Philips CD Zelda games “should not have come into existence at all”. If there’s one thing she hates more than the gods-awful Philips CD Zelda games, it’s anything absolutely sour. The best at Horseback Archery.
• Abilities: Felicie is the biomatch for Biometal Model R and can invoke the M.E.G.A. System with her to Megamerge with the biometal to take on a stronger armored state. She has good knowledge on making chocolates and is said to be a perfectionist on the art, and this is to the point she will throw a fit if the chocolate is not evened out in areas of sweetness and texture. Being ½ mermaid, whenever Felicie takes to the water, she will assume her mermaid form and enjoy a great increase in movement in the water. She will even be able to completely outpace Mega Man Models L and LX when in the water as well.
• About Model R: Biometal Model R (In this case: Model Roll), is the 3rd biometal Junichiro created for one of his daughters who had traveled with him to use. In Model Roll’s case: Felicie. Unlike her older brothers Model PM and Model CM, Model R was made using pieces of Roll’s old clothing, bits of her DNA data, and memories from her I.C. Chip which had somehow miraculously survived the 4-century passage, yet the host did not. Nonetheless, Model R proved to be the perfect biomatch for Felicie as both were the youngest of their group and were among the sweetest of them all. That said, Biometal R is just as friendly and kind as her namesake robot on which she bares the soul of, but she does tend to get testy if someone behaves out of line, or if a cooking attempt is imperfect. Model R does tend to enjoy being used for cleaning, but she is grossed out by cockroaches much like the original. Her Megamerged form grants Felicie a mechanical device on her left arm that turns into the following weapons, and utensils.
o Vacuum Arm: A small vacuum cleaner that can be used to clear away dust and suck up items. This only affects life & weapon energies, e-crystals, and ZX Panels. Things like Secret Discs and Sub Tanks cannot be collected with the Vacuum Arm.
o Heat Sensor: A baking sensor that is used to detect changes in temperature. Also handy for flushing out hidden areas.
o Shield: Projects an Energy Shield that protects from frontal attacks. It cannot be used while moving unlike Model PM’s Proto Shield and thus isn’t entirely reliable.
o Broom Lance: A simplistic looking broom, right? Wrong. The bristles are actually sharp needles that form into a blade that cuts enemies apart when swung. Not recommended for cleaning the house with.
o Roll Buster: Model R’s most powerful weapon. It acts like the Mega Buster, but the shots are pink instead of yellow, and its charge shot is the Roll Arrow, which flies through enemies with ease.
