Conceptual Tallulah (by Buer)

Some of you might remember my mad scientist girl who got expelled from school for being, well, mad. Tallulah has always been one of my favorite OCs; she even turned Lux into a frog at one point. That being said, I’m on a mission to refresh all my babs for 2019.
Tallulah is now a reptile of some sort. Belonging to a race known as The Archivists, She originally came from a higher dimensional plane; if you were to hear it from her, the reason was to study and experiment with life on our planet. Really though, her fellow kind “voted her off the island” so to speak. Probably for being less than stellar at following directions and being an open minded scientist.
One of Tallulah’s main abilities is to excrete a skin-like substance which forms around her body: she can use it as a shield or, as seen above, craft it into a larger and more menacing looking form. She is rather fond of making herself look like a dragon. If one were to puncture through her facade however, the original doofy lil Tallulah would simply pop out again. It’s a powerful ability, but it’s not that great for stealth since she can’t become anything smaller than she already is.
Here we can also see her consulting with (ie. ordering around) her assistant Halifax. This dude is a snail and can reshape his body somewhat to give himself eyes—the stalks just angle downward over his hair—or a pair of ornamental legs or whatever. More shape changing as opposed to his boss’s powerful shapeshifting.
So yeah, Halifax is Tally’s “Igor” more or less.
Tallulah meanwhile would just as soon experiment on you as say hello.
Although she can be quite friendly once you’re strapped down to her table.
