So, on October the 12th, 2018, I woke up to probably the best surprise  Treepelt97 has pulled on me thus far. She actually left me speechless. She bought, and surprised me with Shadow, the original six winged Giratina DAD, and I am so happy to be the new owner of Shadow!

Four months prior, on June the 12th, 2018, Treepelt found him, with me finding him on the 14th (when looking through her favorites). We both loved him, and I took a real liking to him since he would make a great friend for my other Giratina DAD Cyrus.

The next day, I found out that he was Auto Bought in private. I felt heartbroken at that point, and what made it worse is that I didn't know who they were going to, since the original owner said they would post who the new owner was soon.

Over the next four months, I periodically checked back to see if they did post who the new owner was, and there was no change. But finally! on October the 12th, I got a note from  Reco-Recario saying that Shadow now belongs to me, and that they were sorry that they couldn't say anything since Treepelt, my friend, wanted to surprise me with him.

In the end, I am so happy to own Shadow! He is such a unique Dutchie, and I feel honored to own him. I also want to let the original owner know that he is in good hands, and in a good home now. In fact, once I am able to, I plan to get a fursuit of him :D
