It seems like the cyborg nurse raided a E.Wedel (a polish chocolate company active during the war and up until this day) factory. Of course no one can refuse E. Wedel factory, it's like Polish Wunderwaffe.
You propably never heard of Hardkor 44, it's a cancelled 2012 polish animated movie, it was supposed to be kind of like Wolfenstein, with Dieselpunk WW2 stuff, but with Warsaw Uprising.
