The other night I had the opportunity to do some sketching and thought it was about time I did something special for my good pal,
azuredragon.
Over the past couple of months, he has really helped me to become a better person both inside-and-out. Furthermore, he has aided me in achieving a number of personal milestones that I am uncertain that I'd ever have been able to achieve by myself.
Here's to friendship and the power it has to change our lives in so many ways for the better. Oopa!

I'm glad you liked how it turned out. :) I was actually surprised at how nicely everything came together for one of the first times I have drawn in over two months.
It's also very nice to change clothiing every once-in-a-while. Gives variety while seeing if there are any better matches available for a particular character's personality. Oopa!

I'm really happy you liked this pic. I was going for something that showed a strong sense of comradery coupled with a mighty burst of positivity. :)
As for what I used, the tools that put this together were a Black Sharpie and Colored Pencils. I do so love colored pencils. Very clean and, depending on how hard you push, you can get a different shade out of them. Oopa!
