Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
It fits as though she did not use my DTD at all! It does not fit over my shoulders. I had to hide this by making the neck of my suit long enough. But my shoulders still show if I move too much. There is also lots of extra room in the body. I am 5 5 and 120 pounds. My mother tried my suit on and it fits her properly. She is 5 feet and 135 pounds. So it was made to fit a shorter person. I cannot lift my arms and age blamed this on me not raising my arms while make the DTD. However my arms WERE raised while making the dummy for an hour.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The colours are different than on my reference. She made the wings pinkish purple instead of blue. And she did not make make my toes purple.

Special Attachments and Features

I can lift my wings with a bar in the top of the wing. My arms cannot be raised very far as shown in the pictures.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
It doesnt fit and colours are wrong. It uncomfy because of this.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
She contacted me.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
There were long periods where she would not speak to me. Up to over a month where she did not respond to my attempts to reach her over several platforms when I was just looking for a WIP. On facebook messenger she would leave me on "read".


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Not professional. Poor communication. Hiding other bewares from me and then not taking responsibility for them.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
It did not arrive to me until after the convention.


Are you happy with the product you received?
Its a fine suit but too small and not accurate to my character. Wings can barely be raised too.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I did not want to right a review at first but lately I've heard from some very unhappy customers of hers and wanted to share my experience. She promised WIP "within 24 hours" and then would not send any for a week. Communication was poor. I was ignored for a long period of time. She did not ship my suit until the day before the con so of course it did not arrive in time. She only responded when I opened a paypal dispute against her.
