**CATCHING UP ON OLDER DOODLES, I'll be posting all of them moving forward; but in the meantime I'm just posting a few of the older ones.**

My main character family! They're all technically human/they're really humans in their story and as far as the canon is concerned, but they're furred dragons/mixed-breeds as far as their feral forms go because its a lot easier/quicker to draw cutesy little funstyle than humans for me. ANYWAY, ive wanted to draw a full family picture for a while now and maybe someday I'll feel brave enough to try a human variant but the cuddly lil floofdragons are acceptable for now.
Characters (from left to right as easy as I can haha)
Ron - Myra and Ronny's eldest (blood) son, He's the most similar to his father in appearance (human form), but he's quite different in personality. Ronny is more adventurous, but Ron is just a fisherman who's happy blending into the shadows behind his family's constant drama. Being that they're leaders/constantly involved in issues of the state he just tries to stay out of it. He actually lives in effectively the next town over with his wife+5 kids and doesn't usually stick his nose in places it doesn't belong.
Amelinne - Is their oldest daughter, twin to Jeames, younger sister of Ron and Rupert.She's sort of the weirdo among the family who got all the odd recessive genes in terms of looks. She's a daddy's girl who's well behaved and generally hardworking- but she is terribly overambitious and hates that her older brother Rupert is next in line for the leadership-because she doesn't see him as taking it seriously enough. She means well, just gets competitive and occasionally overzealous about what she thinks is right.
Samantha/Sam - Actually their newest daughter! Twin to alex, the two are the babies of the family. She was juuust designed for this picture, I was coloring and realized they had wayyy too many blonde kids and none got myra's black hair (despite it being quite dominant in her family) so anyway we don't need much excuse to give them an other cute lil bean and we'd just made alex (whos not born in the canon anyway) SO We just decided to give alex a twin sister lol. Her personality is still pending work, since she was just made.
Ronny - Of course resident dad of the family, a loveable huggable cowboy with a great smile. He's good at getting along with people, and acts as the general 'face' of their political power since his wife does not like people. He's really crafty and likes working with his hands, and if not helping his wife with whatever issue they're currently addressing he can often be found in his workshop building things (With his kids harassing the heck outta him). Also likes goofing off doing silly things along with it
Myra - Of course my main character and mum of the family, She's rather grouchy and reclusive in contrast to her much more happy-go-lucky husband. She pushes their kids to strive to be better and work hard, but is always there for them emotionally if they do need her to be. She tends to be quite forgiving with them despite the fact that she usually isn't to anyone else. She had a lot of issues with her own parents making it hard at first for her to be a mother but it came to suit her well because it helped her move past the recklessness of her youth and Ronny is all the more happy for it because she's grown less prone of putting herself in harms way.
Alex - Youngest daughter (twin to Sam), I introduced her pretty recently too. She's absolutely a precious ANGELCHILD who can do no wrong ever. She loves everyone all time. She is however, very innocent and naive- and easily pushed around since she's a bit of a crybaby. She's often too trusting of situations and it can get her into trouble. Later on, i'm surmising she'll be some sort of ambassador/negotiator on behalf of her parents (Along with partial medical training she picked up from her uncle.)
Amith - Oldest child of the family (older than Ron,) but he is adopted/not their blood son. Despite it, Amith and Myra are very close and Amith has had the chance to interact with his birth mother- only to choose to stay with Myra instead because she was always there for him. When Myra's mother passed away and left her area of politics (science and research) on Myra's shoulders as well, she instead turned to teaching her adopted son to take up that mantle. He's a bit no-nonsense in comparison to his siblings, very bright though.
Rupert - Second youngest (blood) son, younger than Ron, older than the twins Amelinne & Jeames. He's the next in line to Myra/Ronny's leadership, and spent the better part of his youth being an intolerable troublemaker who refused to do as he was told or even attempt to learn what his parents had to teach. As a result- by the time he matured into wanting to better himself and be the leader he should have been all along, it was extremely hard for him to earn back the pain of a broken reputation. He and Amith don't get along very well (For a lot of reasons) despite Amith raising Rupert's daughter in his stead. Rupert has no qualm with him- but Amith just >8I at his brother whenever he's around
annd last but not least, Jeames - Twin to Amelinne and youngest boy of the family, He's a softspoken momma's boy who likes gardening. Often overshadowed by his more loud sister, but he's a very loyal and determined soldier who's more than happy to assist his parents in whatever's asked of him and garden with his grandmother when she asks him to also. He often acts as a mediator among his siblings because he's really not got any qualms with anyone in his family and it makes it easier to sort things out.
