You know, that's not as useful as you're thinking; you still have to be touching the circles in order to use them.

With a tail that fluffy and as much static as she builds up a simple directed spark directed via a ring printed on the inside of her gloves she could pass a charge through the air the same way Mustang does. I don't recall her name but the the one girl that used a necklace never actually touched the necklace she just put her hands around it. Hey I finally found a use for that fur of hers...although after a few uses she's going to be combing out her fur for the rest of the day. Well at any rate Eve is mostly peaceful so I dont really see her using this in combat since she stays out of that.

Saw ROD. Liked it. Like FMA. Like Eve. Wins all around. Nice work. The swirling effect of the paper is cool and well done.
